The present general conditions of sale define the frame of the sales carried out via the site are the property of Danielle Beauchamp.

The delivery time is 3 to 7 working days, depending on the country of destination of the order. And the only countries that have access to delivery are Canada and the United States. Note that for delivery to the United States, taxes and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer at all times.


The customer has 14 days after the purchase to exchange the item or get a refund of a product ordered. The customer must specify by e-mail his name, full contact information, the number of his order and the reason for the return to obtain a return authorization. The return address will be sent to you by email. Items returned, in poor condition or used, will not be refunded or exchanged. The refund of the price of the products will be carried out within 30 days as from the reception of the article by Danielle Beauchamp. In case of unjustified returns, Danielle Beauchamp reserves the right to interrupt or block any order following the said event.


In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal recourse. Any dispute relating to the site is governed by the law in force in the province of Quebec and any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the province of Quebec.
